Shipping Policy
Orders are packaged and shipped via the shipping method chosen by the customer. If the tracking information states that the package has been “delivered," Wrangler’s Roost can no longer accept any responsibility for that package (if it gets lost, stolen, etc.). Customers must then work with the carrier (UPS or USPS) concerning the shipment. If tracking does not show that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, Wrangler’s Roost will replace any item(s) that do not get delivered. To make a claim against this policy, you must notify us within 10 calendar days from the expected date of delivery. if the customer does not include a complete address, including apartment or suite number and a telephone number, Wrangler’s Roost cannot be held responsible if the shipper cannot locate your address. It is crucial that you provide complete address information and telephone number should the shipper need to contact you to locate your address.
Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. Your zip code is used to calculate the actual shipping costs using real-time UPS or USPS Rate Charts based on the service level that you selected. Your actual shipping costs are shown in your Shopping Cart during Checkout.
Physical addresses that are incorrect or changed after order ships will incur a $10 fee (this is a fee charged to us by UPS).
Back Orders
While we work hard to keep sufficient inventory to fill orders within a 24-48 hour period, there are times when we are out of stock on certain items. If items are out of stock and are scheduled to arrive within 2 - 3 days we reserve the right to hold the order until the out of stock items arrive. If the out of stock items will take longer than the 2 – 3 business days, we will contact you to give you the option of waiting for the full order or sending the in stock items and the out of stock items will go on back order to be shipped as soon as they arrive back in stock. Backordered items will be shipped by the least cost effective method, even if the customer chose an Express method. This policy applies to the 48 continental United States only, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas will be held until all items can be shipped directly. Some of the larger or bulk items are shipped directly from either the distributor or manufacturer and may incur extra shipping charges as stated when shopping for these items, (ie: Harrisons 25lb bags of Pellets
Shipping outside U.S.
Please be aware that many countries have "import duties" and "brokerage fees" that are charged to the customer to receive their shipments. We cannot know what these are and individuals ordering from Wrangler’s Roost Online Store from outside the United States should be aware of these additional charges. For International Shipments ONLY ship USPS Priority Mail International.
