Online Ordering:
Ordering at Wranglers Roost is fast and secure.  Just follow these simple steps to place your order.

 
Telephone Orders:
Some customers prefer to order by telephone.  That's OK!   Let our shopping cart help you: place the products you wish to order into the online shopping cart as described below, and proceed through the ordering process until you reach the screen that asks for your payment method.  Select "Phone/Fax Order", and complete your shipping information.  This will allow you to print an order form, with the product and shipping information already calculated, which will simplify matters when you call in your order. If you would like to use PayPal, use the same procedure and either call or email and we will send you a PayPal invoice.
  1. To add an item to your shopping cart, enter the quantity you wish to purchase, then click the "ADD TO CART" button next to the desired product.  Don't worry, you may always change the quantity later, or remove the item from your cart, when you browse to the "Checkout" page.  A popup window will confirm the quantity added to your shopping cart.  A link will appear - click  "close window" and you may continue shopping.
     
  2. When you're finished shopping, click the "Checkout" button.  This will appear among in the navigation buttons on the left site of each page.   The "Order Summary" page will appear, where you may review your order.

    If you change the quantity of any items you wish to purchase, be sure to click "Recalculate Order", then look to see that the ordered items are correct.  If you wish to remove an item from your cart, just click the "Delete" button.  Also, you may save items in a "wish list" - click the green "Save" button and follow the onscreen instructions to record your saved order. 
     
  3. When you are satisfied that your order is correct, click the "Checkout" button that appears at the bottom of the "Order Summary" page, and the "Customer Information" page will appear.  (Your browser will now be pointed to a page in our Secure Server.)

    If you have shopped with Wranglers Roost in the past, we should have your name and address information stored in your customer record.  Log in to the database by entering your email address and password, as used on your previous order.  

    Otherwise, please type your billing and shipping address information.  

    Next:
     

    1. select your preferred "shipping method", 
    2. select your preferred  payment method (Credit Card, or Phone/Fax).
    3. Enter any appropriate "special instructions".
    4. Enter a password (which will allow  you to avoid typing  your address information next time - so be sure to make a note of your password for future reference.)
    5. Click the button which reads "continue checkout".
       
  4. The "Verify Your Order" page now appears.  This is a good time to review your entries, and if everything is ok, complete the entries for credit card information.  Once a gain, click the button titled "Checkout".
     
  5. This is the final step of the checkout process..
     
    1. If this is a "Credit Card order", an order confirmation page will appear. 
      A few minutes later, you should receive an email containing your order details.  Be sure to retain this as a record of your order; you will need this information in the event that you need to contact us or track the order.
       
    2. If this is a "Phone/Fax order", an order form will appear.  You may print that and call us at 1-269-641-2263 and use the order form to simplify your telephone call.
